Danielle is a co-owner and coach at Rally Point, BJJ. She is also a US Air Force veteran, mom, military spouse and licensed clinical social worker. When she's not on the mats, she works with military families and members in an advocacy and behavioral health capacity.
She started training jiu jitsu in 2017 after enrolling her kids in a program. A women's only class was offered and after trying one class, she knew she was all in. Danielle is also an ambassador with the We Defy Foundation, an organization that assists veterans with combat-related disabilities find healing through BJJ. She has competition experience with NAGA, AGF and IBJJF. Her favorite thing about jiu jitsu is the healing capacity it has for people with trauma histories and the amazing community it has provided.
