At Rally Point BJJ, we have 3 core values guiding the way we operate:
Integrity- We believe in doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.
Community- We believe in taking care of each other--whether it is making the neighborhood a better place or assisting our training partners. No one makes progress completely on their own in this sport. It take a sense of community and partnership to grow.
Respect- Respect is of utmost importance at our school. People from all different backgrounds are welcomed and greeted on our mats. We promote a culture of safety, inclusion and autonomy. When a student "taps out," they can be confident that their training partner will stop applying the submission.
